Leytonstone's Philip Bowes has announced his first fight of the year will take place on February 27 against an unnamed opponent at York Hall.
The 31-year-old super lightweight had a quiet 2015 and only returned to the ring after a seven-month absence at the beginning of December when he beat Lee Connelly on points at the Camden Centre in Kings Cross.
Bowes expects to fight for the Southern Area strap – which he has twice missed out on against Joe Hughes and Johnny Coyle – after this fight.
