The car crashed in Epping Road, North Weald, last Thursday
A woman arrested on suspicion of drink driving after her car hit a telegraph pole and garden wall has been bailed.
The 54-year-old woman from Ongar was held after the collision at about 4pm last Thursday (September 22), in Epping Road, North Weald.
A Vauxhall Astra collided with the wall and the pole, leaving it in a dangerous position.
The fire service were called to remove it, while the highways authority cleared an oil spillage.
The woman was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
She has been released on bail until November 16 pending further enquiries.
