Loughton

The application is for approval of the building shape (bulk, mass volume), and door and window openings - with materials to elevational treatment to be conditioned as part of any planning approval.

Nazeing

North Weald Bassett

Theydon Bois

Waltham Abbey

Outline application (all matters reserved, except approval sought for detail of access) for health centre building. 60 independent older persons apartments building (use class C2 – with a minimum of six hours care to be provided each week per apartment) minimum 40 per cent affordable. Leisure centre and swimming pool building (to include fitness suite and community hall). Open space including a mini soccer grass pitch for use by under eight-year-olds. Footpaths. Ancillary development including three vehicular accesses off Hillhouse, car parking, and SUDs Infrastructure and demolition of Ninefields Community Centre Building.
Willingale
Mr Anthony Clough: Spain End, The Street, Willingale, Ongar, CM5 0SJ. Alterations to front boundary treatment to include changes to railings and gates, with the construction of a new brick plinth to raise the overall height to 1.8m.
