A series of free workshops aim to give “vital” support to businesses on subjects such as social media and presentations.

Run by the Best Growth Hub with Epping Forest District Council, the series of six workshops across February and March are aimed at people with existing businesses or those just setting up.

Epping Forest College in Borders Lane, Loughton, will host sessions on pitching ideas, Twitter and more, with workshops on website building at Epping Rugby Club in Thornwood.

Economic development councillor Anne Grigg said: “The Best Growth Hub provides vital business support to all businesses in our area to encourage local economic growth.

“We want to encourage businesses to take advantage of the free workshops and one-to-one support in the form of ‘Business Navigators’ who will meet with businesses in person to discuss your business needs and identify ways to help your business grow.”

Other sessions will be held elsewhere in the county.
