A man who was stabbed in a row over a McDonald's meal has been discharged from hospital.
The 26-year-old was initially in a "serious" condition after the attack, which happened near the Ilford branch of the fastfood chain at the junction of Chadwick Road and High Road.
Police say the victim had earlier accused another customer at the McDonald's of eating his food.
The argument spilled out into the street and a fight broke out, during which the man was stabbed in the chest.
It happened at around 10.20pm on Monday September 9.
Police are yet to arrest anyone in connection with the attack.
A Met spokeswoman said the victim was now in a "comfortable" condition and is recovering from his injuries at home.
